UnitedInOrange Tailgate (“UnitedInOrange,” “we”) runs unitedinorange.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Giveaway entries and mailing-list signups: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, state, how long you’ve been a Broncos fan, and, if you choose to share it, your birth year. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
- Basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the page or campaign link that brought you to the site. We use this to stop duplicate entries and spam and to understand which links are working.
- Partner link clicks: when you click a link to Merging Vets & Players, we count the click and the page it came from. We do not record who you are.
How we use it
- To run giveaways: issue your ticket number, prevent duplicate entries, draw winners, and contact the winner.
- To send our mailing list: tailgate dates and lot details, promotions, and future giveaways. Entering a giveaway adds you to this list.
- To send text messages, only if you checked the text-message box.
- To answer messages you send us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores entries and signups, and provides the “verify you are human” check.
- GoHighLevel is our contact and email system, used to send confirmation emails, the mailing list, and texts.
- Eventbrite handles tailgate ticket purchases, and Donorbox handles donations to Merging Vets & Players. Information you give them is covered by their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@unitedinorange.com or using the contact form.
Data retention and security
We keep giveaway entries for the record of each drawing and keep mailing-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Our providers protect data with industry-standard security, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Age
Our giveaways are open only to people 18 and older. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new date.
